    • SQC16 - an industrial precision balance with integrated application for statistical quality control
    • SQC14 – a strip printer with integrated software for monitoring, verifying and optimizing filling processes in compliance with economic and legal requirements. (This printer can be connected to a BBA scale or BBK scales as well depending on what accuracy is required)
  • Process
    • Mark all 10 bottles 1 to 10 outside. Weigh in the sequence as marked including the caps.
    • Fill the bottles and weigh it again in same sequence and to get the actual weight and you will get the results.
    • While programming the product you must enter the sg of product so the results are final results with the programmed sg.

    * Most important is the bottle weight will keep varying and this can be confirmed by weighing 10-20 bottles. This will clarify why we are suggesting above procedure. By weighing 10 bottles for gross weight will not give good results.
