The CLV 410 has standard optics with a reading range of 50...400 mm (2...16 in). It uses a standard decoding method. It also has a teach mode for learning new match code. The compact design makes it a perfect solution for limited space applications.

The CLV 280 employs a user selectable focus control feature, PCX decoding, integrated scanner and decoder and real time decoding and diagnostics. The housing is made of die cast aluminum. The CLV 280 is simple to operate thanks to its Windows-based software interface, which is included with the scanner. With 200 to 800 scans per second (user selectable) and real-time decoding, the CLV 280 scanner excels in high speed applications where high throughput is a must.

The high-performance CLV45x scanner with dynamic focus control can identify bar codes across large reading distances of up to 1.6 m (CLV450) with a large depth of field. With poor-quality code prints, the SMART code recognition technology can enhance the reading rate considerably. In addition, the profile-code programming function enables you to configure the device parameters without the need for additional tools.

This functionality is integrated in an extremely small IP 65 cast aluminum housing, thus making the CLV45x one of the most compact devices in its class.

The CLV 490 has real-time, patented Automatic Focus Control, a function that provides optimum read rates at maximum depth of field; the scanner automatically focuses according to the distance to the object.

No additional components are necessary to detect the object distance! With dimensions of 4.6 x 4.6 x 3.7 in (117 x 117 x 94 mm), the CLV 490 is the most powerful scanner of its size on the market; it is especially suited to applications where space is at a premium.
