The MDD manual
test stand is a rigid, manually-operated test stand, which
in combination with a digital force gauge (at extra cost),
allows the user to develop a cost-effective solution to a
variety of tension and compression testing applications The
MDD is fitted with the standard dovetail bracket for interchangeability
between appropriate Mecmesin force gauges. Options include
a digital height scale and mounting feet for horizontal operation.
The LCP/S high precision,
lever-operated test stand has been designed to facilitate
testing on a repetitive basis to 500N capacity.(such as testing
springs or other resilient components).Optimum accuracy is
achieved by adjusting the setting of the gauge and baseplate
to ensure perfect fixture alignment.
MultiTest Stands provide
a versatile and accurate method of applying tensile and compressive
forces at an affordable price. Features include improved potentiometer
control enabling greater precision and fine-tuning of critical
test variables such as speed; the addition of displacement
as a test measurement parameter, and an enlarged LCD screen
offering clear and comprehensive test settings and result
information.
Available in 1kN and 2.5kN capacities and used in conjunction
with a Mecmesin Digital Force Gauge, fixturing accessories
and software to create a powerful and flexible testing system.
The console-controlled range
of MultiTest-x test frames display load, displacement and
speed. Simple test programs can be created and stored. The
MultiTest-x has been designed specifically to meet the requirement
for ease of routine use in QC laboratories, or production
environments which are often not ideal areas for using a PC.
The MultiTest-i range of
compressive and tensile testing frames are fully computer-controlled
by new generation Emperor software, allowing sophisticated
test procedures and analyses to be developed. Avalaible in
a range of capacities from the entry-level single column MultiTest-1
through to advanced twin-column test frames which have been
specifically designed to test large or high load samples and
products.
