The Mecmesin
Orbis Top Cap Closure Torque Tester has been specifically
designed as a high-accuracy, portable instrument for measuring
clockwise and counter-clockwise torques on bottles and caps,
suited to both laboratories and production environments. The
Orbis is an affordable digital tester featuring clear intuitive
controls, high sampling rate electronics to allow accurate
clockwise & counter-clockwise peak torque capture, and
is mains or battery powered. It features a rugged, water resistant
case (rated to IP 54) and covers the testing range from 0
to 6N.m(50lbf.in). |

The Vortex-d, offers simple
operation to assess torque values of rotary components. Though
positioned as an entry-level motorised torque measurement
system, the Vortex-d benefits from many enhancements in its
design and control. These include; a large, easy-to-read LCD
screen, from which operators can clearly read test parameters;
memory capacity of 500 results via the AFTI display; digital
display of speed and angular displacement; and improved control
enabling greater precision and fine-tuning of critical test
variables, such as speed. |

The Votex-i range of torque
testing frames are fully computer-controlled by new generation
Emperor software, allowing sophisticated test procedures and
analyses to be developed. Avalaible in a range of capacities
- .3Nm, 1.5Nm, 6Nm & 10Nm, the Vortex-i can test a varirty
of sample sizes and shapes up to 350mm in height. |
